Poker Notes Live is a private poker notes app built specifically for live poker players. It helps you build opponent profiles, save live poker reads and tendencies, and remember the exploitative strategies you've developed for playing against specific players.

How can Poker Notes Live help me win more?

Every opponent gives away information. The problem is remembering it. Poker Notes Live helps you preserve what you've learned so you can use it the next time you face that player. If an opponent calls too wide, folds too much to 3-bets, rarely bluffs the river, or uses predictable sizing, you can save both the read and the exploit you want to use against it. The goal is simple: make better player-specific decisions and maximize your edge.

What can I save about a player?

Save a player's name, photo, physical description, poker room, and detailed notes about how they play. Record preflop and postflop tendencies, live poker tells, bet-sizing patterns, showdown information, estimated ranges, and the strategies you want to use against them.

Why not just use my phone's Notes app?

You can—but generic note apps weren't built for live poker. Poker Notes Live gives every opponent their own searchable profile and organizes your notes into Overview, Preflop, Postflop, and Strategy. Instead of digging through a wall of text, you can quickly find the read or exploit you need.

What kinds of opponent tendencies should I record?

Record tendencies that can change a future decision. That might include how often someone limps, how wide they appear to open or call preflop, whether they 3-bet enough, how often they c-bet, whether their bet sizing reveals strength, what hands reach showdown, or whether they bluff rivers often enough. Useful live poker notes aren't just descriptions. They point toward an adjustment.

Can I record live poker stats such as VPIP or preflop ranges?

Yes. You can estimate live poker stats such as VPIP and opening frequency and record that information. But it's probably more useful to note preflop ranges from your observations and include that information in the player's profile. Poker Notes Live does not automatically calculate statistics like an online HUD. You decide what is worth recording from what you've observed—the things that will make you money.

How does Poker Notes Live turn a read into an exploit?

Suppose you notice that a player repeatedly limps and then folds to isolation raises. You might record: "L/F frequently. Limp-folded to 5x and 6x raises. Limping range appears very wide." You can also record the strategy: "ISO wider when folded to me." The next time you face that player, you don't have to remember the details from weeks ago. Pull up the profile, recognize the tendency, and put the exploit back to work.

Can I find a player quickly at the table?

Yes. Search your player list and notes, sort players by name or when you last saw them, and filter by poker room. If someone looks familiar, you can pull up their profile in seconds.

Can I keep notes for different poker rooms?

Yes. Save poker room information with each player and filter your player list by room. That makes it easier to find the opponents you're most likely to encounter where you're playing.

Does Poker Notes Live automatically track my opponents?

Not really. Poker Notes Live is not an automated player-tracking system. You make the observations. Poker Notes Live helps you organize them, remember them, and turn them into an edge.
