This policy applies to you as the person who downloaded and uses the App (the "User"). It also addresses, separately, information Users choose to store about other individuals within the App.

• Account information, if/when accounts are introduced.
• Subscription and payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
• Basic device and diagnostic information (e.g., crash logs).

2.2 Information You Choose to Store About Other Individuals

The App allows you to record photos, physical descriptions, and written notes about other people you encounter ("Third-Party Subject Data"). This data is:

• Entered entirely at your discretion and control.
• Transmitted to and stored on cloud servers used by Host Innovations Inc. to operate the App.
• Accessible to Host Innovations Inc. and authorized service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, or troubleshoot the App, comply with applicable law, or protect the rights and security of the App and its users. We do not routinely review the content of your notes or photos.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your collection of Third-Party Subject Data complies with applicable law in your location, including any laws governing recording, photographing, or storing information about other people without their knowledge or consent.

3. How We Use Information

• User account/subscription information is used to provide and bill for the App's services.
• Third-Party Subject Data is stored and processed to provide the App's core functions, including saving, retrieving, and making your notes and photos available to you through the App.
• We may access or process Third-Party Subject Data when reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain or secure the App, investigate technical or security issues, enforce our Terms, or comply with applicable law.
• We do not sell Third-Party Subject Data or use it for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Photos, notes, and other App content are stored on cloud servers used by Host Innovations Inc. to provide the App.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect stored information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any account credentials associated with the App, if applicable.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or Third-Party Subject Data. We may share information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data storage, backup, security, diagnostics, and payment processing, only as reasonably necessary for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Host Innovations Inc., the App, our users, or others.

Third-Party Subject Data is not made publicly available by Host Innovations Inc. through the App.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Third-Party Subject Data is retained on our cloud servers while it remains stored in the App or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.
• Deleting the App from your device does not necessarily delete information stored on our cloud servers.
• When Third-Party Subject Data is deleted through the App or through an applicable deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from active systems. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically feasible, or where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your own personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion. Contact support@pokernoteslive.com to make such a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. Third-Party Subjects: Making a Request

If you are not a User of the App but believe your photo or information has been stored by someone using the App, please contact us at support@pokernoteslive.com.

Because Third-Party Subject Data may be stored on our cloud servers, we may be able to assist with a valid request concerning that data. Our ability and obligation to act will depend on the information available to identify the relevant data, our ability to verify the request, the rights of the User who stored the data, and applicable law. We will handle such requests as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above.
